At Trisoon Wellness, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you need to cancel or return an order, please read our policy below.

1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
Once your order has been shipped from our hub, it cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Charges:
Before shipping: A 5% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
After processing for shipping: A 10% processing fee will be deducted.
If we have already paid the shipping fee, it will also be deducted from your refund.
After shipping: Refunds will be issued after deducting the shipping and return shipping costs.

2.Replacements & Cancellation
Inspect your order as soon as you receive it.We accept returns only if The product or its outer packaging is damaged and if you receive the wrong item when delivered.If you find any damage or defective, contact us immediately at info@trisoonwellness.com.So we evaluate it.If eligible, we will replace the product at no extra cost.

Note: We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.If items purchased on SALE will not be refundable.

The return & refund policies mentioned above are applicable only on the Purchases made online through our official website www.trisoonwellness.com and not applicable for products bought at offline stores or on any third-party platforms.
